David Grutman and Pharrell partnered to launch Swan, a sophisticated, high-end dining destination in Miami’s Design District celebrating the city’s spirit and the empowerment of femininity. WCE orchestrated the introduction with an exclusive grand opening gala in collaboration with Haute Living, attracting A-list guests including Dwyane Wade, Trevor Noah, Winnie Harlow, and Derek Jeter. The event set the tone for Swan’s brand, creating immediate buzz and positioning it as a must-visit cultural and culinary experience.
Beyond the launch, we developed strategic media partnerships with national publications to highlight Executive Chef Jean Imbert’s culinary vision and Ken Fulk’s striking interior design. These efforts amplified the restaurant’s profile, generating widespread coverage and reinforcing Swan as a premier destination.
