Loops Beauty had strong brand momentum, but its digital experience wasn’t fully converting that demand into revenue. WCE partnered with the brand to redesign the website with a focus on clarity, speed, and conversion. We streamlined the user journey, elevated product storytelling, and optimized the mobile experience to reduce friction and guide customers more effectively from discovery to purchase. Every element - from navigation to content hierarchy - was restructured to align with how users actually browse and make decisions, turning the site into a high-performing sales engine rather than just a storefront.

Alongside the redesign, we implemented a CRM strategy to better capture, nurture, and convert customer intent. By restructuring email flows, refining segmentation, and aligning messaging with user behavior, we created a more personalized and effective retention system. The combined impact of a conversion-focused website and a data-driven CRM approach resulted in higher engagement, improved retention, and stronger revenue performance.
