South Beach Group operates multiple hospitality venues across Miami Beach, including Taco Taco, Croydon, Taco Beach Shack and Maxine’s, each with its own concept and audience. The main challenge was a lack of consistency in branding and content across locations, along with underutilized social media presence. Despite strong foot traffic, the venues were not positioned as must-visit experiences online, missing opportunities to drive engagement, awareness, and repeat visits.
We approached this as a multi-brand content and positioning strategy, building distinct identities for each venue while creating a unified ecosystem. Our focus was on high-impact, social-first content—combining food, lifestyle, and energy-driven visuals designed for platforms like Instagram and Reels. Every piece of content was created with performance in mind, using strong hooks, storytelling, and emotional triggers to shift perception from simply “restaurants” to curated Miami experiences.
As a result, the group saw increased engagement, stronger brand consistency across all venues, and improved organic discovery. More importantly, we helped reposition South Beach Group from a collection of individual locations into a connected lifestyle brand - where content drives not just visibility, but real-world traffic and demand.
