InBloom, the wellness brand co-founded by Kate Hudson, is built around a holistic approach to nutrition - focusing on plant-based supplements designed to support beauty, brain, and body health. As the brand expanded its presence both online and into retail, the opportunity was to elevate its digital ecosystem to better reflect its premium positioning while driving stronger direct-to-consumer engagement.

We approached the project by aligning brand storytelling with performance. The focus was on creating a clean, conversion-driven website experience that simplifies product discovery while reinforcing the brand’s core philosophy wellness as a lifestyle, not a product. This included structuring content around routines, benefits, and education, while integrating CRM flows to capture and nurture users through personalized email and SMS journeys. From acquisition to retention, every touchpoint was designed to guide users from awareness to long-term brand loyalty.

The result is a cohesive digital ecosystem where brand, content, and performance work together seamlessly.
