Kismet Pets, a premium pet product brand launched by Chrissy Teigen and John Legend, needed a digital presence that matched its luxury positioning while connecting with both devoted fans and discerning pet owners. WCE developed a high-performance, user-centric Shopify experience, designed to deliver seamless engagement across mobile and desktop. The platform combined headless architecture with Shopify Plus and Sanity CMS, deployed on a shared Vercel codebase, leveraging React.js and Next.js for scalability and speed. A fully custom interactive quiz was built to provide personalized product recommendations, integrated with Klaviyo for targeted marketing campaigns, ensuring every interaction was personalized, engaging, and conversion-driven.

The results exceeded expectations. The launch generated strong sales, positive customer feedback, and elevated the brand’s presence in the competitive pet market. Media coverage on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Good Morning America, and The Drew Barrymore Show amplified awareness and credibility, while the combination of performance-driven design and strategic marketing established John Legend Pets as a premium, digitally-forward brand. The platform now serves as a scalable, high-impact foundation for growth, engagement, and long-term brand loyalty.
